BACES was established in 2014 and consists of 9 partner universities. It is a platform for exchanging academic ideas, supporting scholarly activities and for promoting understanding between Chinese and European people. The Academy is mandated to carry out activities in the fields of post-initial education, research, academic services including policy advice.
