Contents of the course:

  • What criteria can define the “good” or “bad” behaviour of a global company?
  • What is the nature of its responsibility towards the civil society?

The answers to these questions define the outline of a “corporate social responsibility”, based on core values, intelligible in every culture. These core values are the foundation of an ethical behaviour. The sphere of exercise of this “social responsibility” has to be clearly defined in partnership with the actors of the civil society.
