The Third Winter School "Energy and Climate", jointly organized by the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" and the magazine "Utilities", on March 9 and 10, 2023. The two-day event took place at FEBA, with the participation of nearly 30 students, PhD students and young specialists from energy companies.
The opening ceremony of this year's school was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Atanas Georgiev - head of the Master's program "Energy Markets and Services" and Dean of FEBA, Milena Videnova - executive director of "Expo Bulgaria" and Marina Dencheva, head of "Human Resources" at "Expo Bulgaria".
Speakers in this year's edition were:

The event was sponsorsed by "Expo Bulgaria", "Veolia Bulgaria", "ElBonus", "TotalEnergies" and "Schneider Electric Bulgaria", and supported by the partners - AES Bulgaria, Bulgarian Independent Energy Exchange and Association for Production, Storage and Trading of electricity, thanks to which the free participation of all those willing to join was possible.
Admission to the Master's programs of FEBA begins in July 2023 and continues until mid-September. For the 19th time, the Faculty will accept students in the Master's program "Energy Markets and Services" (EMS), which is offered only in the correspondence form of study and lasts for 2 semesters for both economists and non-economists. To date, the master's program has more than 400 graduates realized in the energy and utility industries. The speakers in the program are prominent sector experts and experienced managers, and invited guest speakers that are from leading European energy centers and utility companies to share theoretical and practical lessons with the students. A number of joint initiatives have also been carried out with leading companies and institutions such as the European Investment Bank, ad hoc courses of the French energy company TOTAL Energies, post-graduate qualifications with the magazine "Utilities", etc.
