Hamburg International Summer School will take place from 11 July to 5 August 2022.

In 2022, three specialized programs will be available.

The Hamburg International Summer School provides three different courses every year; each of them consisting of a specialized research program and a supplementary program (including a language course, a cultural program and extracurricular activities).

Two of the programs are currently planned as in-person events: Health Economics and Particles, Strings & Cosmology. There will be access to a language course, a cultural program and extracurricular activities.

One program is offered as an online event: Language Diversity. During the first week we will be able to provide a German language course. In order to accommodate the different time zones the German classes for the online program will be provided at two different times: Group A: 12-15 July 2022 from 9 am to 1 pm Central European Summer Time (CEST), Group B: 12-15 July 2022 from 4 pm to 8 pm CEST. Students can choose between Group A and Group B.

The subject specific classes will be offered from 18-29 July 2022 (Health Economics) or from 18 July - 5 August 2022 (Particles, Strings & Cosmology and Language Diversity).
