The benefits of our Internal Audit Trainee program:

• It is active throughout the whole year.
• The duration of the program is 6 months.

• The program includes training - conducted by experienced colleagues from the Internal Audit Division, as well as joint training with trainees from other units of the bank. It covers audit methodology, introduction to banking, written and oral communication, data analysis and presentation.

Your main responsibilities:

• Understand and follow in detail the audit process, its structure and basic requirements while participating in the audit tasks;
• Perform audit procedures, prepare complete, concise and clear working papers and communicate with the audit team and with the bank's business units.
• Proactively raise questions and proposals regarding the control environment.
• Present the results of the audit work to the audit leader and support the audit preparation of the audit report.
• Apply knowledge about data analysis, information presentation and communication in the daily activities and consider more efficient and innovative performance of tasks.
• Assist division management by analyzing data, summarizing topics, researching technical areas, preparing presentations.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team.

Trainees who successfully complete the Trainee Audit program receive a certificate of completed internship and may be invited to start their professional career at Postbank on a permanent employment contract.
