The Role

Are you looking for an opportunity to kick-start your career in Finance and gain practical skills in a multinational environment?
The Finance Internship at Kyndryl is open for 3rd or 4th year students or recent graduates in an Economic or Financial and Accounting Major and no prior exprience is required.

What you can expect?

• You will gain hands-on experience working side by side with our exprienced professionals in our Finance Center in Sofia, where you will have your own role, hold the responsibility for it, drive business decisions and influence financial results.
• You will learn exactly how Kyndryl is managing its financial books and reporting.
• You will learn how to effectively comminicate and work in a diverse multi-national and cross-country team.
• You will be able to participate in many internal projects and have the opportunity to develop your professional and leadership skills.
• You will have the chance to become a full-time employee of Kyndryl upon completion of the program.

What we offer?
The Finance Internship at Kyndryl is a paid one-year fixed-term program under a student labour contract. You will also have the flexibility to work part-time or full-time depending on your schedule and needs.

Who You Are

• Financial or Technical University degree
• Solid technical background with different iERP systems or tools is an advantage
• Analytical and problem-solving thinking
• Creative thinking, willingness and ability to quickly learn new concepts, tools and processes
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills, self-motivated and self-driven
• Fluency in English
