Main responsibilities:

• Support the preparation and the participation of the CEO on the meetings and events by coordination of the necessary input and assuring the quality of the materials provided;
• Assist the CEO in coordinating and managing the relationship with relevant stakeholders and by monitoring the progress of priority initiatives;
• Preparе documents, analysis, presentations assigned from the CEO;
• Support the execution of the top management inputs and decisions;
• Personally manage ad-hoc tasks and special requests from the CEO.

The appropriate candidates must have:

• Currently a student in your Bachelor or Master;
• Demonstrable problem-solving skills with high attention to details;
• Excellent skills for synthesis of inputs, skills of presenting concepts and data in meaningful way;
• Excellent presentation preparation skills;
• Proactivity, capacity to challenge and make propositions;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Fluency in English mandatory;
• Emotional resilience, ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environment & challenging deadlines.
