Customer Support Specialist with English (online payments)


Your role:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers over chat and email.
  • Ensure clients receive the highest level of customer service.
  • Execute an organized, efficient, and structured working process.
  • Meet predetermined targets and represent the company in a professional manner.


Required skills:

  • High command of English language is a must.
  • Multi-tasker with excellent computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office applications (especially with Excel).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Very good customer orientation.
  • Previous experience in a customer support role in the online payments/fintech industry will be considered an advantage.
