On January 22, Zhasmina Sazdova, a state expert in the “Legal” Directorate of the Central Administration and a long-time employee of the National Revenue Agency, delivered a guest lecture to the students of the master's program “Customs and Tax Control” with supervisor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tsvetan Madanski, within the discipline “Customs regimes and procedures”.

The topic of the lecture was “Intra-Community Supplies of Goods” and “Intra-Community Acquisition of Goods” within the EU.

The lecture was delivered professionally, resulting in a fruitful discussion between the guest speaker and the students regarding the VAT deferral of free circulation of VAT deferred goods in another EU members.
