Sofia University received a certificate of appreciation from the German-Bulgarian chamber of commerce and industry.

Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” was honored for its many years of successful business collaboration with the German-Bulgaria chamber of commerce and industry and for all the implemented projects in order to deepen and develop the bilateral Bulgarian-German economic relations.

The vice-rector of Alma Mater Assoc. Prof. Georgi Valchev, PhD received the award at an official ceremony in the National gallery of arts, where the German-Bulgarian chamber of commerce and industry honored companies with contributions to the development of the bilateral Bulgarian-German economic relations from the past year.

Prof. Teodor Sedlarski, PhD, Academic Director of the Centre for Economic Strategies and Competitiveness at Sofia, was part of the jury.
