Prof. Iliya Garkov, Senior Vice President of "Dundee Precious Metals" and Operational Manager of "Chelopech Mining" visited the students of the master’s program "Human Resources Management and Development". He shared interesting ideas and examples from his extensive experience in the mining industry. A special emphasis in his lecture was the cultural characteristics of companies and their ability to create value.
