Leading speakers from the European Patent Office (EPO), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the US Patent Office (USPTO) and other foreign universities will present their practice and expertise. They will present their knowledge of inventions, trademarks, industrial designs, trade secrets, licensing, intellectual property valuation, technology transfer, spinoffs and start-ups, unfair competition, counterfeit goods, copyright and related industries.

Education in the master's program is two-semester, in English. Graduates receive a European diploma and a certificate from the partner organizations for completed training with the specialization "Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer Manager".
For successful graduates, the Master's program provides an additional opportunity for career development through a one-year internship at the European Patent Office or the EU Intellectual Property Office, which is fully funded by one of the two organizations. The master's program has announced admission for the academic year 2023 - 2024.
