Dr. Stoyanova points out that local companies are aware of the importance of business sustainability, but there is still a lack of solid actions and strategies in this direction. At the same time, companies-clients of outsourced services, as well as the new generation on the labor market, expect this to be part of the priorities of the companies.

Several discussions on teaching in the field of international business are also held within the conference. Dr. Stoyanova took part in a discussion about the challenges in teaching during a crisis, providing the need to adapt the teaching material to current social and economic problems.

In this way, better activities can be achieved and theoretical knowledge of the students can be applied in practice, she stated.Dr. Stoyanova is an Operations Manager at HP Inc. and leads the course "Management of outsourcing projects and companies" within the Master's program "Outsourcing projects and companies" of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. The application deadline for the master's program is July 19. The duration of the program is two semesters, and a non-economist can also apply.

Accepted students will have access to PMI Project Management Ready™ content, allowing young professionals to immerse themselves in the project management industry.
