Mr. Alfons Gracher, CEO and COO of “Gracher Kredit und Kautionsmakler GmbH und Co.” gave a lecture to the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration on the topic "Leadership in a Multicultural Environment".

An inspiring lecture about the successes and challenges faced by an entrepreneur who starts his own business to turn it into a leader in its field in Europe; on the lessons learned from the desk in the bank office to the issuance of a construction bond for the iconic Las Vegas Sphere; for the creation and development of a team that has grown in 5 European countries in a few years. These and other topics were shared by Mr. Gracher with the students in the "Fundamentals of Management" course.

"Think big, take enough time to research and analyze different options, be authentic and work with dedication, with your heart," shared Mr. Gracher, founder and CEO of Europe's largest warranty service provider with a global reach.

The lecture was opened by Assoc. Prof. Ivan Angelov – Vice-Dean "MBA programs and business training". Later in the day, Mr. Graher met with the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration Assoc. Prof. Atanas Georgiev.
