Role in a nutshell:

We are growing tremendously, and we continue to conquer new countries! Now we're looking for a German & English speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team and make his own contribution to our products.

Responsibilities:

• Providing support in German by email and Live chats
• Processing with great attention to details and content
• Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions
• Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction
• Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Proactive person with good support/sales skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail
• Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage
