Tell us about your strengths and apply as an Associate for Sales Performance.

You will

• Ensure and assist in the timely preparation of various management and regular reports
• Participate in the preparation of presentations for the purposes of the Management and/or Supervisory Board
• Participate in the preparation of sales/business KPIs plans in cooperation with other organizational units
• Coordinate and participate in the process of preparing various presentations, financial/sales analyses and reports on the Company's activities
• Perform permanent analysis of the company reports, analyses Business KPIs and makes recommendations for improvement to support the decision-making
• Propose new opportunities for further improvement of the current systems of internal control and reporting and gives recommendations for their optimization
• Monitor and analyse the insurance market, macroeconomic indicators, and results of main peers
• Lead/participate in various projects on an ad hoc basis related to digitalization, process improvement and etc.
• Perform other tasks on the request of the immediate superior

You have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or Informatics
• Analytical Skills
• Fluent English
• Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Power Point)
• Power BI, SQL or Python will be an advantage
