The project “Responsible Organisation Management for Sustainable Transitions” (ROMST) aims to design and organise the procedures for a joint international Master’s programme in the management of responsible organisations for sustainable transitions. The programme will educate students from different countries, equipping them with the competencies needed to become future entrepreneurs and leaders.

The project is aligned with the strategic priorities of the European Green Deal, engaging not only public institutions but also non-governmental organisations and civil society actors. It is funded under the Erasmus Mundus Design Measures (EMDM) programme.

The consortium brings together eight higher education institutions from EU and non-EU countries, as well as one association. Their main objective is to develop a Master’s programme focused on responsible management of public and private organisations in the context of major social, environmental, and digital transformations, and to establish sustainable long-term academic cooperation.

The future Master’s programme will respond to the growing demands of local and international labour markets for professionals capable of managing companies and organisations facing contemporary technological, social, and environmental challenges.
