Students from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” had the opportunity to meet representatives of UniCredit Bulbank during the special event “FutureReady UniCredit Hubs”, organized jointly with the Alumni Club and the Career Center.
The event began with an informal networking coffee, giving students the chance to meet the UniCredit team and connect with other motivated participants. During the presentation session, guest speakers introduced key areas within the bank—corporate banking, the international clients center, customer contact services, as well as investment and insurance products. They also shared insights into professional opportunities and career paths in these fields.
The greatest interest was sparked by the interactive segment “FutureReady UniCredit Hubs”, where students took part in games, quizzes, and real business case scenarios. Through these activities, they were able to step into the role of banking professionals—building relationships with corporate clients, working with international companies, handling contact center cases, and creating investment portfolios.
The event concluded with a Q&A session, during which participants learned more about UniCredit’s internship program and the opportunities for professional development in the banking sector. The most active students also received awards.
Such initiatives provide students with a valuable opportunity to engage directly with the business world, gain practical insight into careers in the financial sector, and take their first steps toward their future professional development.
