On February 19–20, the third partner meeting of the “Responsible Organisation Management for Sustainable Transitions” (ROMST) project, funded by the Erasmus+ program, Erasmus Mundus component, was held at the University of Paris-Saclay – UVSQ (France).
During the meeting, representatives from eight European universities discussed opportunities for creating joint and double European master’s programs aimed at training specialists in organizational change management and various types of transitions – green, digital, and sustainable. The focus was on the need for educational programs to meet the dynamically changing requirements of the labour market.
The partners shared good practices for achieving a stronger integrative effect across different academic disciplines and discussed the existing barriers to the development of a unified European education market, as well as opportunities to overcome them.
The meeting was attended by Prof. Albena Vutsova and Assoc. Prof. Todor Yalamov – Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration.
