Dear Students,
You can check the study group to which you have been assigned in the Student Information Management System (SUSI). This information is available in the upper-right corner of your profile’s home page.
First-year students can also find the study group allocation HERE.
In addition to information about your study group, SUSI provides access to information about your studies, curriculum, courses, and grades.
How to Access SUSI
- Check your username at https://cas.uni-sofia.bg by entering your faculty number and your Bulgarian Personal Identification Number (EGN) / Personal Number of a Foreigner (LNCh).
*The letters in your faculty number must be entered using the Latin alphabet – EB.
- Your initial password is your EGN/LNCh. When you first log in to the system, you will be required to change your password.
Using your SUSI login credentials, you can also access the Electronic Learning System (https://elearn.uni-sofia.bg/) and your university email account.
Your password must be changed only in SUSI. Once changed, the new password will also apply to all of the other systems and pages listed above.
When completing your profile in the Electronic Learning System, you can specify any preferred email address where you would like to receive information from lecturers and the Faculty administration.
