On March 10, an information meeting was held in the city of Burgas, where the competition "Best Youth Startup in Bulgaria" was presented. It is the largest national competition of its kind, and it is a joint initiative of the Fund of Funds and Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski".
The meeting was organized with the support of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Sofia University, Sofia University’s Burgas branch, and BFU. Along with the university students, the meeting was of particular interest to students from Coding Burgas. As an affiliated school to Sofia University, a number of joint initiatives are carried out, including activities in the field of entrepreneurship.
The participation of high-tech students in the competition is another step towards the development of a sustainable ecosystem for tech&innovation progress within the project “Symbiosis for the Future: Science, Business, and Vocational Education for Technological Advancement”. It is a joint initiative awarded the “Quality Mark” of Sofia University as well as a hold of the 2024 educational award of BAIT.
