Today at the International Scientific Conference, Educate to Create 2019 - Impact of AI on Higher Education (https://educatetocreate.bg/) the Deputy Minister of Education and Science, Karina Angelieva, gave out special awards for outstanding achievements in the field of artificial intelligence to our students Gloria Hristova and Ivelina Vassileva.

The Business Analytics Master`s program aims to prepare specialists with up-to-date knowledge and skills, adaptable to changing conditions, in possession of good theoretical knowledge, practical skills and competences for individual and team-work for conducting analytical research on large data sets from different application areas.

The main goal of the program is to cultivate skills for processing, organising, analysing, modeling and forecasting of data sets whose volume, diversity and speed of collection and modification do not allow the application of the standard econometric tools. It is these specifics that have a determining role in the teaching process and shape the interdisciplinary character of the program.

More specifically, the focus is placed on the balanced combination of courses that include the application of statistical methods, applied mathematics and information technologies placed in the context of the current financial and economic problems, while the choice of software environment is tailored to the needs of the business.
