A study by Sofia University researchers explores the role of artificial intelligence and gamified reflection in personal branding development among early-career researchers.
A new scientific publication by researchers from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (FEBA) was presented at the 2026 International Conference on Revolutionary Artificial Intelligence and Future Applications (Rev-AI 2026).
The paper, “AI-Supported Gamified Reflection for Personal Branding Development in Early Career Researchers: A Pilot Study”, explores the potential of artificial intelligence and gamified approaches to support early-career researchers in developing and reflecting on their personal academic brands.
The publication focuses on the intersection of artificial intelligence, gamification, reflection, and academic career development. Particular attention is given to the potential of AI-supported gamified reflection as a tool that enables early-career researchers to more systematically analyze their competencies, academic identity, and professional positioning.
The study was designed as a pilot study and identifies opportunities for further development of the research model and its application in the context of higher education and research career development.
The publication is included in the Rev-AI 2026 conference proceedings and is indexed in Scopus.
