The students from the master's program "Artificial Intelligence for Business and Finance" were given the opportunity to work on an interesting and extremely topical problem in the field of public services, namely "What is the opinion of Bulgarians regarding electronic public services and the development in this sector?".
This opportunity was implemented under the project "Identification of citizens' attitudes and assessments of the access, quality and use of electronic public services" (contract No. KP-06-Н45/3 - 30.11.2020) under FNI at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski".
Students sought an answer to the question, applying their skills in text data processing and analysis and artificial intelligence acquired in the course "Fundamentals of Text Analysis and Natural Language Processing".
The students also strengthened their working skills in the Python programming language, so as to extract valuable knowledge from casual communication in social networks, where topical issues of social and political importance in Bulgaria are discussed.
