Training Objective
The masterclass “Law for Young Entrepreneurs: How to Build a Business Without Legal Risks” is aimed at developing basic and applied legal competence among students and young people interested in entrepreneurship.
The training covers the legal framework of:
- establishing and registering a business activity
- choosing an appropriate legal and organizational form
- corporate governance and compliance
- taxation of start-up businesses
- intellectual property protection
- commercialization
- personal data protection
- marketing and advertising in a regulated environment
- financing and sustainable business development
The course has an interdisciplinary approach, integrating law, economics, and management, with a focus on:
- identifying legal risks
- building regulatory awareness

The training is highly practice-oriented, including case studies and work with sample legal documents.

- Common tax risks at the start-up stage
