Intelligent Systems will assist the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (FEBA) of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski” for the training of highly qualified specialists in the field of economics, management, finance, accounting and auditing, and the analysis and modelling of big data in business by increasing their theoretical knowledge and developing practical skills.
At this stage, Intelligent Systems joined with guest-speakers (Ivan Dikov, Stanislava Ilieva, Maria Tsolova), who demonstrated the functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales and Marketing during classes on "Customer Relationship Management (CRM)" for the master’s program "Management Information Systems (MIS)", fully taught in English. The course is attended not only by Bulgarian students but also by students from EU member states who have arrived for an exchange at the Faculty of Economics under the Erasmus + program. The specialists from the CRM team shared our experience from the implementation of business applications, various business cases and know-how in the field of marketing, sales and customer service.
Students are provided with individual access to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales and Marketing with the joint efforts of Microsoft Business Applications Academic Community, the team of Intelligent Systems and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kamen Spasov from FEBA. From next semester, the Faculty of Economics of Sofia University will also use licenses for Dynamics 365 Business Central. Intelligent Systems is the local partner for business application implementation.
