On June 15, the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (FEBA) hosted the masterclass “How to Turn Teaching into Research Publications”, led by Prof. Albena Ivanova, Ph.D., from Robert Morris University (USA).
The event was organized by the FEBA Alumni Club in partnership with the Together Forward Foundation as part of ongoing efforts to support the professional and academic development of the faculty’s community.
In line with its mission to promote lifelong learning, the FEBA Alumni Club continues to create opportunities for specialized training, academies, and continuing professional development. We believe that personal and professional growth does not end with graduation but is a continuous process of improvement and the acquisition of new knowledge and skills.
The masterclass brought together doctoral students, faculty members, and FEBA alumni, who had the opportunity to explore practical approaches to transforming teaching experience into research projects and academic publications. During the session, participants were introduced to strategies for identifying research topics, structuring scholarly work, and successfully publishing in academic journals.
The interactive format of the event encouraged the active exchange of ideas, best practices, and professional experience among participants. The discussions also highlighted a number of opportunities for future academic collaboration and joint research initiatives.
