This year’s Master's students from Responsible and Sustainable Governance developed policies that included an initial assessment of selected topics, along with specific practical guidelines and actions. "I am incredibly proud of our students, who embraced this course project wholeheartedly and executed it with remarkable professionalism", stated Assoc. Prof. Dr. Marina Stefanova. She presented the results of the documents prepared so far, and students also participated in the discussion by presenting the activities of the working groups they had been involved in.

Petya Manastirska, who is part of the initiative, congratulated the students on their work and emphasized the importance of the topic. She shared details about the Join the Green Circle initiative with the attendees: "The program is well-known and supported by international organizations, but its greatest contribution is precisely what FEBA is doing—educating generations of sustainably minded individuals who, in turn, pass on this knowledge".

Following the presentation of the Eco Committee’s work, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Atanas Georgiev stated: "Sustainability and resource efficiency will always be at the core of our activities, and I am pleased that we can now demonstrate not just an understanding of these topics, but also concrete initiatives. I hope that, in the future, what we have started here will be replicated in at least one more faculty at Sofia University".

The meeting concluded with the outlining of the next steps in refining the proposed policies and their presentation before the Faculty Council. Once approved, an official composition of the FEBA' Eco Committee will be selected.
