The Global Call for Equitable Climate Finance advocates for policies that position women at the heart of climate decision-making, enabling them to lead initiatives in climate resilience and sustainable development. As climate risks disproportionately affect vulnerable populations, especially women, this campaign seeks to secure financial structures that enable them to emerge as leaders, entrepreneurs, and key drivers of change in the climate space. Please see the full text of the Global Call attached.
This global initiative seeks to ensure that climate finance is equitable, inclusive, and prioritizes the empowerment of women, recognizing their indispensable role in addressing climate change.
