The Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (FEBA) at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” received a donation of computer equipment from Doverie Pension Insurance Company, supporting the establishment of a mobile testing center within the Faculty.
The donation is part of the Faculty’s ongoing efforts to develop a modern and flexible educational environment that meets contemporary requirements for teaching, assessment, and practical training. The new equipment will enable the organization of mobile examination and testing formats, as well as the implementation of various academic and research initiatives.
On the occasion of the donation, a meeting was held between Ms. Nestorova, Chief Executive Officer and Chairperson of the Management Board of Doverie Pension Insurance Company, Assoc. Prof. Atanas Georgiev, PhD, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, and Assoc. Prof. Marina Stefanova, PhD, Vice-Dean for Sustainability, Empowerment and Engagement. During the meeting, representatives of the Faculty expressed their gratitude for the support and confidence shown toward the academic community. According to the Faculty’s leadership, partnerships between business and academia are an important step toward strengthening the connection between education and professional practice.
The mobile testing center will be used both for the needs of students and faculty members and for the organization of events, training sessions, and joint initiatives with the Faculty’s partners.
The Faculty of Economics and Business Administration continues to actively expand its partnerships with the business community in support of high-quality higher education and innovation.
