The Kauzi Foundation and the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (FEBA) at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” are pleased to invite young people and stakeholders to the first event under the project “Green Future: Innovative and Sustainable Solutions for Building a Better World” – the interactive simulation workshop “Climate Challenge Lab”.
The event will take place on September 30, 2025, at 9:30 AM in Room 128 of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. Participants will immerse themselves in realistic scenarios related to sustainable development and climate challenges by engaging in role-playing, case studies, and interactive exercises.
The event will begin with registration and an introduction to the project and program. Participants will then learn more about the EthiCitizen platform, which offers diverse opportunities for youth engagement in climate and social initiatives. The workshop will also present green professions, allowing participants to discuss opportunities and challenges in the sector and explore ways to get actively involved.
After a short coffee break, participants will work on case studies and role-playing games simulating real-world challenges – from business and institutional decision-making to active involvement in civic initiatives for sustainable policies and practices.
The session will conclude with a summary and group discussion, where young people will share key takeaways and consider possible actions in their communities. The closing segment will include a wrap-up, presentation of results, and guidance on next steps.
The event aims to strengthen young people’s knowledge and skills on sustainable development, encourage their engagement and active participation in environmental initiatives, and foster collaboration among various stakeholders.
Those wishing to participate can register via the following link: Workshop Registration.
The project “Green Future: Innovative and Sustainable Solutions for Building a Better World” is implemented with the financial support of the Sofia Municipality – Europe 2025 Program, by the Kauzi Foundation in partnership with the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.
