On February 17, 2026, as part of the ESG & FRIENDS 2026 forum, the 2D premiere of the film “Circularity” took place. The forum opened with a speech by Iliana Yotova, President of the Republic of Bulgaria, who stated: “We must increasingly consider what resources we use to build our economy, what the role of people is in this process, and how everything reflects on society”.
These words by Iliana Yotova highlighted the need for change in our everyday lives. It is precisely this transformation that “Circularity” addresses — a deeply impactful story about a new generation of people who not only consume, but actively participate in managing, reusing, and restoring resources in their daily lives. The film focuses on personal responsibility and the power of everyday choices — from reducing plastic use and practicing mindful consumption to saving water, food, and energy — as drivers of real change and the achievement of a more sustainable future.
Following “The World at Risk” and “Hope for the Future”, “Circularity” is the latest film in the series by the Center for Visual Science “Kaleidoscope”, dedicated to sustainable development. The films are created and produced by the team of the FEB Foundation, with visual production by MP-Studio. The conceptual driving force behind the project is Assoc. Prof. Dr. Marina Stefanova — Vice-Dean for Sustainability, Empowerment and Engagement; Head of the Department of Industrial Economics and Management; and Director of the Master’s Program “Responsible and Sustainable Governance” at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration.
Based on real data and scientific research related to sustainable lifestyles and responsible consumption, “Circularity” offers an accessible yet in-depth look at transformation and the connection between economy, society, and individual choice. The film begins its public journey with the strong message that a sustainable future is a shared responsibility requiring knowledge, leadership, and concrete action.
The 3D version of “Circularity” will be available later in 2026 at the Mobile Center for Visual Science “Kaleidoscope,” where the film will be presented as a 360-degree immersive experience.
