In the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" career orientation days are held for students of the 91. German Language High School "Prof. Konstantin Galabov". The event is organized by the management body of the German High School Department in collaboration with the Career Center of the Faculty.
The first day of career guidance was opened by the Dean of FEBA - Assoc. Prof. Dr. Atanas Georgiev. He greeted the students and discussed with them the differences between a student and an undergraduate, briefly presenting the faculty's history and its development over the years, the opportunities it provides, both educationally and in terms of international mobility, cultural exchange, and support in professional realization. Yana Papardova - Human Resources Manager at Schwarz IT Bulgaria, greeted the students as well. The official start of the career day was given by the head of the German department of the high school - Beate Bergmann.
After the end of the official part, the "Career Development" sector of Sofia University provided professional career guidance to the students and gave them the opportunity to book individual meetings for subsequent career consultations.
At the end of the first day, the students visited career stands organized in a "speed dating" format with high school graduates and business representatives in six thematic directions. The partner companies of FEBA that participate in the career guidance days are Schwarz IT Bulgaria, Experian Bulgaria, law firm "Gugushev and partners", Acibadem City Clinic, Methodia, as well as iGEM Bulgaria Sofia Tech Park. The event continues today with new groups of students from 91. German Language High School.
