Over the years, the Career Forum of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” has established itself as a successful initiative that helps students and pupils take their first steps toward professional development. The tenth anniversary edition of our traditional career forum is held under the motto “From Knowledge to Success”.
This year, the Career Forum will take place on May 19, from 11:00 to 18:00, at the campus of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration in Sofia, located at 125 Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd., Block 3.
Co-organizers of the event are the Business Club and the Alumni Association of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration.
The program on May 19 includes company exhibition booths hosted by employers partnering with the Faculty. Participating companies will also have access to the Faculty’s new co-working space, where they can conduct short (blitz) interviews with potential candidates. The event is open to all—students of the Faculty as well as students and pupils from other educational institutions.
Conditions for Employer Participation
In return for the participation fee in Career Forum 10.0, employers receive:
- Exhibition space to set up a branded company booth and up to two corporate banners;
- Access to the modern co-working space at the Faculty for conducting short interviews;
- Placement of the company logo on the Career Center’s website and social media channels;
- Publication of a specialized article prepared by the participating company in the Career Center’s blog on the topic “My Career at (Company Name)”;
- Prior to the event, a registration form will be organized for students seeking employment. Participating companies will be listed in the form. Students will be able to upload their CV, contact email, names, major, and year of study, and indicate companies they are interested in. We will then connect you with interested candidates.
Upon prior request, only chairs can be provided.
Booth Allocation for the Career Forum in Sofia (May 19)
- Under the canopy of the main entrance, in the central foyer, and under tents in the garden in front of the entrance (total: 18 booths)
- Donor wall (between the canopy and the central foyer) – (total: 2 booths)
- Staircase between ground floor and 1st floor (total: 2 booths)
- Floor 1 (ground level) – East corridor toward the Social Room (total: 9 booths)
- Floor 1 (ground level) – West corridor (total: 4 booths)
- Foyers on floors 2, 3, and 4 (total: 15 booths)
- Staircases between floors 2 and 3, and 3 and 4 (total: 4 booths)
Participation Fee Discounts
- Companies that have a bilateral cooperation agreement with the Faculty receive a 20% discount on the participation fee.
This year’s cause, which will be funded with the proceeds from the forum, is the renovation and equipment of a lecture hall at the Faculty.

To register for participation in the forum, please send an email to Ms. Yoana Kostova at ykostova@feb.uni-sofia.bg, with a copy to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bozhidar Nedev – Director of Strategic Planning at the Career Center (bozhidar.nedev@feb.uni-sofia.bg), including the following information:
- Company name in Bulgarian and English;
- High-quality company logo;
- Contact person – email and phone number;
- Selected booth category, plus one backup option in case the first choice is fully booked;
- Billing details for invoice issuance;
- Request for chairs (number).
