On November 18th, first-year students specializing in "Business Administration" with German language visited the new office of IBM Procurement Center at Sofia Airport Center. The visit is part of the long-standing partnership between IBM and the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, which has been ongoing for over 10 years.
As part of this collaboration, representatives from various IBM teams share practical insights on key topics such as leadership, project management, negotiation skills, team management, and more. These sessions involve working on case studies and role-playing exercises, helping students gain hands-on experience and build confidence.
This session focused on different leadership styles and the approaches and behaviors that define them. Students had the opportunity to step into the role of leaders and explore these concepts through their own experiences.
The initiative exemplifies the successful cooperation between academia and the business world, equipping students with the knowledge and skills needed to tackle professional challenges.
