Your Career starts here – One test, infinite opportunities!
Identify your strengths and connect with over 20,000 employers worldwide!

What is the Bloomberg Assessment Test? <<click here>>

Bloomberg is partnering with Sofia University St Kliment Ohridski and offering students the chance to take the Bloomberg Assessment Test (BAT) FREE of charge on campus. By taking the BAT you gain insight into your strengths and weaknesses across 11 subject areas while at the same time showcasing your abilities to a wide range of employers.

After taking the BAT, you can choose to enter your profile anonymously into the Bloomberg Talent Search, a platform which over 20,000 employers worldwide are using to contact students to discuss employment opportunities.

Although many companies using the Talent Search are within the finance industry, this does not mean they are only looking to hire bankers, analyst and consultants! These companies are looking for candidates for a variety of roles and departments, such as Analytics, Sales, HR, Media/News, Marketing, Compliance & Legal, etc. We therefore welcome students from all years of study and all degree backgrounds.

Being included in the Talent Search allows you to gain exclusive access to great career opportunities BEFORE companies publish them on their websites!
