Carmine D’Arconte: Short profile

Carmine D'Arconte has a Master’s degree in Economics and a Bachelor’s in Marketing and Communication and is Professor of marketing and communication at Roma Tre University and he also teaches Business Management at IUSM, Università del Foro Italico, Roma. He cooperates with Kliment Ohridski University, in Sofia

He has more than thirty-five years’ experience with leading companies in the Telecommunications field, with vast experience in sales, marketing and Customer Relationship Management and has developed specific skills in quantitative methods for management and psychological aspects in sales and interpersonal relationships. He works as a management consultant and teacher trainer in Italy and in Bulgaria; he has significant experience in preparing marketing plans and was the winner of the Italian National Marketing Prize in 2012. In 2013 he published two essays, on CRM, Customer Relationship Management, and on pricing (Marketing, Peter, Donnelley, Pratesi. Mc Graw Hill).
