Prof. Dr. Katharina Frosch, guest lecturer from the Brandenburg University of Applied Sciences (Germany) held lectures on "Motivation, leadership and incentive systems" between November 23 and November 27 within the master program "Strategic Management" as well as the MBA program at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration.

 

The lectures were organized in the framework of the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union.

 

During her stay, Katharina discussed also first ideas for joint projects on human resource management for innovative and knowledge intensive fields with researchers and professors of the faculty of Economics and Business Administration.
