Contract law is essential for the development of theoretical and practical knowledge of the contractual relationship inherently necessary for the functioning of the economy, business transactions and civil society. Property rights and derivative rights are represented by introducing basic themes from Property law (topics 15 to 22). Family and Inheritance law are briefly presented with some basic issues (topics 45 to 49).

The course aims to provide students with theoretical knowledge and basic practical skills which will help them in dealing with civil and business cases. Students become familiar with basic issues of the Civil law (general part and special sections) and their practical dimension in the life of persons - natural and juridical persons.

The ultimate goal of the lectures is to prepare modern, qualified and broadly educated professionals who are familiar with representation, contract law, property and contractual rights and presentation of property claims for non-fulfillment.
