The Faculty of Classical and Modern Philology at Sofia University actively participates in scientific research and fosters strong international relations. Over the years, the faculty has organized and co-organized numerous academic conferences and symposia, including a series of scientific events held between 2003 and 2007. It is also involved in a variety of national and international research projects, particularly during the period from 2017 to 2022. These initiatives reflect the faculty’s commitment to advancing scholarly collaboration, both within Bulgaria and globally.
