The Research Laboratory on Chemical Education and History And Philosophy of Chemistry was founded in 2005 by Prof. Dr. Borislav V. Toshev, DSc - its first Head till 2011 and a former Head of the Department of Physical Chemistry. The Laboratory is a successor of the Department of Methodology of Chemistry Education.
