19th National Symposium POLYMERS 2019

Polymer scientists from the Faculty of Chemistry and Pharmacy, Sofia University participated at the 19th National Symposium POLYMERS 2019 that took place from 9th to 12th of September, 2019 at the Art Gallery “Dechko Stoev” in Pomorie, Bulgaria.

 

The Center for Applied Studies and Innovations (CASI) is pleased to announce our next courses “Innovations and Entrepreneurship in Pharma-, Bio- and Cosmetic Technologies”, based on materials developed by the Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness at Harvard Business School

The Program will be offered to students in the fields of pharmacy, biotechnology, biology, cosmetics, organic chemistry and medicine, starting in October, 2019.

 

Workshop “Advanced Materials” H2020 Materials Networking project, 21-25 July 2019, Sts. Constantine and Helena resort, Varna, Bulgaria

The 4th Workshop “Advanced Materials“, organized within the H2020 project Materials Networking, will take place from the 21st to 25th of July, 2019 at Astor Garden hotel, St. Konstantin and Helena resort, Varna, Bulgaria.

 

Visit of scientists from the Faculty of Chemistry and Pharmacy, University of Sofia to University of Cambridge, UK within the H2020 Materials Networking project

From the 12th to the 15th of May, 2019, the members of the Management Committee of the H2020 Materials Networking project Prof. Georgi Vayssilov (Coordinator pf the project), Prof. Roumen Tsekov Prof. Tony Spassov, Assoc. Prof. Rosica Nikolova and Assoc. Prof. Elena Vassileva, visited the University of Cambridge, UK.

The visit of Yupar Myint is within the framework of the project "Materials Networking", funded by H2020, in which the Faculty of Chemistry and Pharmacy, Sofia University is collaborationg with the Department of Materials Science and Metallurgy of the University of Cambridge.
