Summary of application requirements for the academic year 2023/2024
The Faculty of Chemistry and Pharmacy offers education in English for the following M.Sc. programmes:
The duration of the programmes “Computational Chemistry” and “Polymer Science” is three semesters (90 ECTS credits) and of thе programme "Chemistry for the Future - in English" – two semesters (60 ECTS credits). All programmes are taught full-time. There is also admission for part-time study in the programme “Polymer Science”. The degree awarded is M.Sc. The eligibility criteria and required documents for international applicants from EU member states and non-EU countries may be seen following the respective hyperlinks. English language certificate with level of proficiency equivalent to B2 is required for all applicants from non-native English-speaking countries.
Eligible candidates are those who hold B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in the areas of Natural sciences, Engineering, Mathematics, or IT. They can apply simultaneously for more than one M.Sc. programme. Additional requirements may be listed on the web page of the respective programme.
Ranking for admission is done in descending order of the average grades (recalculated in accordance with the Bulgarian grading system) from the B. Sc. diploma.
