The Educational and Experimental Base Dragalevtsi is a 52 acres agricultural area, previously called Bichovska meadow, situated in the land of quarter Dragalevtsi in the locality Pogrebite.

The land and buildings of EEB Dragalevtsi were given to Sofia University back in 1979 according to an order by the Minister of Agriculture and Food Industry. These days the tillable land was 180 acres. After the restitution in 1992 large part of the land was restored to its original owners and since 1998 only 52 acres stayed property of the University.
