On 11 May 2026, the National University Championship in Majorette Sport and Cheerleading, part of the program of the National Universiade Sofia 2026, was held at the Bonsist Sports Complex in Student Town.
The Majorette team of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", coached by Chief Assistant Nikoleta Angelova, participated in the "Freestyle Pompon" category – mini formation. With their performance, the University's competitors were deservedly awarded the gold medal, demonstrating excellent preparation, synchronisation, artistry and team spirit.
The team included: Desislava Koleva – SF, Katerina Boteva – FNOI, Aleksandra Mileva – MF, Irina Nikolova – FZHMK, Hristiyana Mincheva – FNOI, Iliyana Mincheva – FNOI, Nadya Naydenova – FsF and Eva Stamova – SF.
