Along with the research work, the publishing activity is a basic filed of goal realization for the collaborators at Centre for Slavo-Byzantine Studies “Prof. Ivan Dujčev”. About 60 scientific publications have been promulgated for the 15 years since the establishment of the scientific institution, with participation of teams from the Centre and with the exclusive cooperation of the University Publishing House, as well as thanks to “Elena and Ivan Dujčev” Foundation. The research and the publishing production of Prof. Ivan Dujčev Centre is present in many libraries and scientific collections in the world (more than 230 scientific libraries).
The publishing plan of Prof. Ivan Dujčev Centre comprises nine publishing series: Studia Slavico-Byzantina et Mediaevalia Europensia; Monumenta Slavico-Byzantina et Mediaevalia Europensia; Series Catalogorum; Series Editionum Traductarum; Exhibitions; Reprints; Series Archivorum; Series Bibliographica; Corpus Epistolarum and Annual of Prof. Ivan Dujčev Centre. Nearly 60 volumes have been published so far within these series. The Institute publishes also the works of outstanding Bulgarian and foreign scientists and intellectuals, as well as their archival heritage (e.g. the archive of Prof. Nikola Mihov is already prepared for print).
