The conference was held from 2nd to 6th September, 2013 in Sofia University campus in Kiten.
The event was organized by the Association Professors of Slavonic Countries (APSC). The forum was attended by 131 university lecturers, PhD students and students of 7 countries and 36 universities.
The Chair of APSC, Prof. Emilia Rangelova and the co-chair Acad. Prof. Anatoly Smantzer expressed their gratitude for the organization in an address to the Rector, Prof. Ilchev.
