On 28-30 March 2026, a research seminar for early-career researchers was held on the topic “Organizational Studies and Applied Digital Tools”.

The seminar was organized within the framework of Project No. BG-RRP-2.005-0001 “Twinning for Excellence: Stimulating Sustainable Energy Economy and Promoting Research in Innovation Management in Bulgaria” (TWIN4ECO), funded through the Executive Agency “Programme for Education” with resources provided under the Recovery and Resilience Plan.

During the event, a series of lectures were delivered in the fields of organizational behavior, the use of new data processing models and the analysis of the obtained results, as well as theoretical and practical sessions related to applied statistics using JASP software.

PhD students and postdoctoral researchers from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” took part in the seminar.
