The Faculty of Economics and Business Administration supports young entrepreneurs

 

Mr. Iliya Dechkov, 4th year student at the bachelor’s degree program Economics and finances, also participant in the Erasmus program “Erasmus for young entrepreneurs”, was honored from FEBA for being the most successful young entrepreneur from 2018 to 2020. Iliya did an exchange program in Naples, Italy in PushApp company from January to February 2019, aiming to develop his own company named Nancy. FEBA supported a total of 7 young entrepreneurs, who worked together with their fellows from Italy, Netherlands, Spain and Portugal. Withing the bounds of this exchange program, Bulgaria received young entrepreneurs from Italy, Ukraine, Lithuania and Spain.

Mr. Nikolay Badinski, a serial entrepreneur with experience in the fields of media, Internet, consulting services, was honored by FEBA for being the best host. As a founder and CEO of foundation “Applied Research and Communication” he accepted Filomena Del Prete from Italy – founder of MORE (More Opportunities to Reinforce Europe) with Ciara Castello.

Assoc. Prof. Atanas Georgiev, PhD and the vice-dean Assoc. Prof. Todor Yalamov, PhD delivered the certificates to the entrepreneurs. For the upcoming three years FEBA will continue to send young entrepreneurs to Europe, USA, Singapore and Israel. More information and special events are expected soon.
