The sixth module, "Entrepreneurship and change management" of the Academy of the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria, was held at the end of April. The head of the module is Mrs. Boryana Boshnakova - a trainer and consultant with many years of international experience. At her invitation, Prof. Ph.D. Tsvetan Davidkov, joined the team as a guest speaker., introduced and discussed with the course participants critical messages from the theories of entrepreneurship. Research on national and organizational cultures was also an object of attention.
Within the framework of the structured dialogue and informal contacts, a variety of issues were discussed, including those related to study opportunities at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of Sofia University (FEBA) "St. Kliment Ohridski".
This is the ninth edition of the "Leadership Academy" program, and the participation in it is entirely free of charge thanks to the partners’ companies of the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria. FEBA and Business Administration are developing a meaningful cooperation, part of which is the joint academy project for "Diversity, equality and inclusion". Its first edition was finalized at the end of April, and the second is due in 2024.
